BOLIVIA - DALI DESERT
Rush hour. Toyota Land Cruisers and the Lexus variant are the vehicles of choice of tour/guide operators in Bolivia. In this image the road descending from the upper altiplano plateau from the Chilean/Bolivian border area can be seen in the distance. In many areas of the Dali desert there is no formal road, simply a 'find your own way' route over the desert surface.
